The Chef

Pedro Luz’s journey is one of passion, creativity, and the pursuit of excellence. Trained as an architect, he discovered his love for food while working in catering during his degree. Over time, that passion grew louder than the blueprints, leading him to put architecture on hold and fully embrace his culinary dreams. He moved to England to complete formal training in hospitality and Culinary Arts, refining his skills and immersing himself in the art of exceptional food. Each step of this journey has shaped him into the meticulous, innovative chef he is today.

Soul & Season is the latest chapter in Pedro’s career, a reflection of his dedication to quality, creativity, and the joy of sharing unforgettable meals. Here, architecture’s precision meets culinary artistry, creating dishes that are as thoughtful and inspiring as they are delicious.
